When you retain our services monthly, we schedule dedicated time with the CEO/Owner, and in advance we meet with your key finance/accounting staff to collect information, discuss issues and analyze your company’s financial information.
During our CEO/Owner one-on-one meeting we review the financial report we’ve prepared, highlight issues in your business and review mitigation strategies that can be implemented. Our goals are to help the business owner increase profit margins, increase free cash flow, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
